Lone Guns' compensation will take the form of either a small embedded margin included in a Contractor's published hourly rate or in the case of a permanent placement through a reasonable onetime placement fee. Once you have registered with Lone Guns you will be able to send a request for interview to Lone Guns Administration with Candidates you have shortlisted. Employers are requested to provide Candidates up to three interview time options, as well as meeting logistics (Attendee names/titles, interview location or conference call number). Once a Candidate has agreed to be interviewed, Employers will then receive a link to a Candidates full profile including picture, videos and references.
